What Are High Current Slip Rings?
High current slip rings are specialized electromechanical devices designed to transmit large electrical currents across rotating interfaces while maintaining electrical stability and mechanical reliability.
JINPAT high current slip rings adopt robust structural designs and premium conductive materials to support high amperage transmission with low contact resistance and minimal heat generation. Hollow shaft configurations are available to improve heat dissipation, simplify installation, and allow the integration of additional media such as signals, fibers, or fluid channels.
Advanced carbon brush technology ensures smooth rotation, reduced friction, and long service life even under continuous high-load operation. Certain models support extremely high current ratings, making them suitable for heavy-duty equipment and harsh industrial environments.
